VP, Revenue Cycle Operations

Join a progressive company providing business office solutions to a large group of Ambulatory Surgery Centers. This senior leadership position reports directly to the company president.

Reporting to the President, the VP, Revenue Cycle Operations is responsible for the oversight of all operations related to Billing & Coding, Cash Applications, Data Analytics, Q/A Analytics, Process Improvement, Corporate Compliance, New hire & Continuous training of staff members. In addition, as with all senior level leadership team members, participating, attending, and representing company at select industry conferences and events.

Responsible for three direct reports and about 50 FTE’s
Experience:  At least 5 years of medical facility billing experience, out of network helpful
Orthopedic/Pain management/ Ambulatory Surgery Center is highly preferred
Health care, medical billing, recovery, payment posting, or related experience required

Provides all aspects of business office management (RCM) to ambulatory surgery centers. Our client has mastered “best practice” revenue cycle processes, allowing clients to rest easy knowing they are getting optimal reimbursement for all their services.

LOCATION: Relocation will not be necessary
